The website ssm-recrutare.ro (hereinafter “the Site”) is operated by SSM HR Services SRL (hereinafter “SSM” or “we”), a company registered in Romania:

By accessing and using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

If you submit a request on behalf of a company, you declare that you are entitled to represent it for this purpose.

• User - any person who accesses the Site.
• Client - the company that concludes a services agreement with SSM.
• Quote request - a request submitted through the “Request a quote” form or directly, by email or phone.
• Services - the recruitment and selection of personnel from countries outside the European Union, assistance in obtaining the work permit and visa, arrival coordination, integration support, and related services (for example, the A1 form).
• Worker - the person recruited to be employed by the Client.

The information on the Site about services, source countries, industries, timelines and costs is provided for information purposes only. The specific terms of each collaboration - included services, deadlines, prices, responsibilities - are set out in the written offer and in the contract concluded between SSM and the Client.

The Site is intended for companies and professionals seeking personnel. No job applications are submitted through the Site, and it does not broker jobs for individuals.

• The form allows you to send us your contact details and staffing needs so that we can respond to you.
• Please provide accurate and complete information. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect data.
• Submitting the form does not constitute an order and does not oblige either party to conclude a contract.
• We respond as soon as possible on business days. For urgent requests, you can call us at 0786 799 099.
• By checking the box in the form, you confirm that you have read these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Prices are shown as “from” prices and represent the minimum level for the respective service. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude VAT, and documentation costs are charged separately. The final price is set in the written offer, depending on the number of people, the source country, the industry and the services selected.

The timelines shown (including those in the estimator on the home page) are indicative. They depend largely on authorities and institutions we do not control: the General Inspectorate for Immigration (Inspectoratul General pentru Imigrări, IGI), embassies and consulates, and the authorities in the workers’ country of origin.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you may not:

• submit false data, or another person’s data without their consent;
• send unsolicited messages, offensive content or malicious software;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or other users’ data;
• automatically extract the Site’s content or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

We recruit in compliance with legislation on equal opportunities and combating discrimination. We do not act on requests that contain discriminatory criteria, such as ethnic origin, religion, sex, age or disability, where these are not legitimate occupational requirements of the position.

The country profiles on the Site describe the general professional and educational context. They are not generalizations about individuals, and each candidate is assessed individually. The Client undertakes to provide workers with the working, pay and housing conditions required by law and by the individual employment contract.

The texts, design, the “SSM HR Services” logo, photographs, video materials and other elements of the Site belong to SSM or are used with the consent of their owners. They are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may share links to the Site’s pages. Any other reproduction, modification or commercial use requires our prior written consent.

We strive to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or become outdated, particularly regarding immigration legislation and procedures. The information is general in nature and does not constitute legal advice.

To the extent permitted by law, SSM is not liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the Site or from temporary inability to access it. This limitation does not apply where the law does not permit the exclusion of liability, such as in cases of intent or gross negligence.

The Site contains links and elements provided by third parties: our Instagram page and the Google Maps map. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, and SSM is not responsible for their content or practices.

How we collect and use personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

We may update these terms, for example when new services are introduced or legislation changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disagreement will first be settled amicably. If no solution is reached, the dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Romania.
