Ukraine has a strong industrial tradition and tradespeople trained in solid vocational schools: welders, electricians, builders, operators. Many have already worked in Poland, Czechia or Germany.
Thanks to the short distance and the EU temporary protection scheme for Ukrainian citizens, the process usually takes 1-2 months - much less than for countries in Asia or Africa.
We start from the experience people bring from home: their country’s economy, the trades they have learned and where they have worked before.
